HOW WILL MY CAKE BE SHIPPED?

All Dave's Coffee Cakes are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with 1-3 business day shipping. We can not guarantee deliveries or delivery dates.

CAN I UPGRADE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

No, USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) is our standard shipping option. Overnight options can still take 2 days and would cost $20 per cake, so USPS Priority Mail is a quick and reasonably priced option!

I ORDERED MULTIPLE CAKES BUT ONLY RECEIVED 3. WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

Our shipping boxes can hold a maximum of 3 cakes per box. If your order contains more than 3 cakes, you will receive multiple boxes! Each box does have its own tracking number, however, our software only allows us to input 1 tracking number. Tracking numbers not listed on your order are available upon request!

CAN I USE A P.O. BOX FOR DELIVERY?

Yes, your postal office box can be used for delivery. Cakes being sent to P. O. boxes will be sent using USPS. We do not insure these packages or guarantee delivery.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO / FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we do. Dave's Coffee Cake is proud to support service members and their families. USPS rates will apply. We can not ensure these packages or guarantee delivery.

The price of Military Mail postage is the same as domestic postage. USPS processes APO and FPO Navy mail to all military locations. This requires the Military service member to have a ZIP code, known as an APO or FPO number.

When checking out on our website, choose USPS to APO / FPO as the shipping method. We will receive a delivery confirmation, but it can only be tracked to the stateside destination of the APO / FPO, such as Chicago, New York, or San Francisco. Estimated delivery times:

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we do not ship internationally at this time, due to time restrictions and to ensure quality.

ARE INVOICES PACKAGED ALONG WITH THE CAKE? THE CAKE IS A GIFT.

No invoices or other information is included in packages unless specifically requested. If you would like to have a message for the recipient, please add a gift tag! Before adding the cake to your cart, please mark "Yes" in the Gift Tag category and enter a gift message. The recipient will not receive any pricing or billing information.

HOW CAN I GUARANTEE DELIVERY FOR A SPECIFIC DAY?

Dave's Coffee Cake cannot guarantee delivery dates. Only shipping dates can be guaranteed and estimated delivery dates can be provided. We always advise to place the order well in advance to avoid issues.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Each cake costs $6 for shipping. During free shipping promotions, we are unable to offer Free Shipping to all states due to expensive rates. Those states are FL, TX, CA, AZ, NV, CO, WA, OR, MT, ID, UT, NM, WY, HI, PR, & AK.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

We utilize USPS Priority Mail, which takes 1-3 business days. However, we cannot guarantee exact arrival date/time of any package.

I recently purchased a Dave's Coffee Cake, and I was not happy with the product. What do I do?

Our coffee cakes are guaranteed 100%. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will replace the product or provide a refund via e-gift card for our store. You must provide photos of the shipping box (for online orders) and photos of the cake with AND without the lid, plastic, and paper. No exceptions. If purchased at an event, please provide a copy of your receipt. If the order was placed online, your order number is your receipt.
